Polycrystalline Cubic Nitride (PCBN) Blanks
comprise of pure CBN of a blend of CBN
and Ceramics Bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate.
PCBN is used on ferrous material applications.
PCBN blanks provide the hardness, abrasion resistance
and thermal conductivity of diamond combined with the toughness
of tungsten carbide.
